I purchased food but was not allowed to use the facilities, as they claimed they were out of service. However, I saw someone else come out of the restroom and confirm that it was perfectly fine. The cashier insisted we needed permission to use the restroom, even though we had already made a purchase. Their rules seem very nonsensical. I demanded a refund and will not be giving this place my business again. The workers were also extremely rude.

I was told to wait without any courtesy, and I felt disrespected throughout the interaction. I believe the staff could benefit from better customer service training.

I didn’t open the tenders because they were a bit messy, but when I finally did, I found them to be dry and with hardly any sauce. I called both that night and the following day, but there was no answer. I would like a refund!
