Baskin-Robbins - Queens
Baskin-Robbins
Description
At this Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins hybrid, patrons have experienced a mix of frustrations and pleasant surprises. While service has been criticized for being slow and disorganized, leading to incorrect orders and long wait times, the ice cream offerings have garnered some praise. Flavors like Jamoca Almond Fudge and Nutty Coconut stand out despite inconsistencies in quality, with some ice cream noted as stale. Although staff enthusiasm and efficiency were lacking, the relaxed setting and free parking make it a convenient stop. Diners may enjoy the ice cream variety, but should brace for potential service woes.

Good service but some of the ice cream here looks like it 's part melted and refrozen, I had one scoop of 'ice cream of the month ' Pumpkin Cheesecake ice cream, it was disappointing, tasted stale and oxidised due to exposure to air, no flavour just fatty greasy, I nearly just threw it in the trash.
Horrible service, workers are very slow and I had to repeat my order multiple times and she still couldn't get it right. Waited almost 15 min just to get a bacon egg and cheese and hash browns. I'm usually a very patient person when it comes to fast food places or anywhere in general, but here , I was getting pissed.
This is one of the chillest, sort of isolated Dunkin Donuts merged Baskin Robbins because it is not very high trafficked with customers except the local residents, workers and people that randomly shop/pass the area. For now I am just going to comment on the Baskin Robbins ice cream and that's all my review is focused on. I just wanted to not that the Jamoca Almond Fudge is certainly worth a try. It has a moderate mocha flavor to it and the bits of almonds are present and accounted for in the ice cream. I liked it more than on a average taste. Surprisingly, from a known but not a well fancier ice cream brand I enjoyed the Nutty Coconut more than expected. It was a nice bit of melty, coconut flavored with bits of freckly coconut in the mix. As described I could taste the three types of nuts in bits in the ice cream mix: almonds, pecans, walnuts. Those few components combined made it well enjoyable. Now, in a cup it's so basic. A boost up in the cake cone is okay. To fully upgrade to the extra large sugar/waffle cone dipped in chocolate is overdone (I didn't like that it was sort of stale and the dipped chocolate had no taste). Downgrade from that is my recommendation (in the regular sized sugar cone). How did I just enjoy a Baskin Robbins ice cream more than a more well name brand of ice cream?
My daughter ordered a cake for her boyfriends birthday this is what she ordered vs what she got YALL employees have to do better people want what they paid for there was no effort put into this cake Food: 1
