The food was good without more but the small quantity compared to the price

I went to this place for happy hour after work (our regular spot for it). All the beer is brewed in-house (it's a microbrewery).

To be honest, the experience was quite disappointing. The beer was flat, the waiter seemed annoyed, and overall, I was not impressed in the slightest.
