What User likes about Saint-Henri Micro-Torrefacteur:
You can tell that this place has professional baristas. Add to that their excellent blend.I am very picky with coffee. When staying in Quebec i enjoyed coming morning and afternoon to have a cappuccinos latte. I had a great experience every time i was there.By the way the pastries are high quality as well. Visited here this morning for breakfast. I'll admit it was late in the day at 11.30 am but even so I wouldn't expect the croissants to be that stale in a place like Quebec that clearly has a strong French influence. The place has a variety of magazines to read including "Roast" and "Barista". The latte was good but the croissant was one of the worst I've ever had. I am sorry but I wouldn't return. read moreDespite high expectations for this Quebec cafe with a strong French influence, the croissants were disappointing. The atmosphere was unique, but seating was uncomfortable. The drinks were hit or miss, though some praised the Montreal-sourced Kola. The lack of vegan options and poorly executed pastries were a letdown for many. On the other hand, the beignets received rave reviews for their taste and quality. Those lucky enough to score one enjoyed the experience. Overall, opinions were mixed, with some praising the coffee quality while others found the experience underwhelming.
