Best restaurant in the neighbourhood - arrived in Quebec City early evening and was my birthday. The clerks at the hotel desk recommended it because it was "the best close by" - meaning there was nothing close...or nothing that great! Food was decent, wine list decent, atmosphere ...decent. We had the special steak and lobster...I didn't know that lobsters had tails that small...steak was okay/ Like I said - it wants to be "special" but nothing was extraordinary.
