We really enjoyed the addition of tofu which was plentiful and delicious, but the sauce tasted more like a standard tomato pasta sauce rather than traditional poutine gravy. It wasn't bad, but it didn't quite meet our expectations of what poutine should be.

Cubed potatoes, hard and tasteless herb tofu, and the sauce.. a tomato disaster. Don't trust the photos of other users as they are not up to date.
