Went for dinner while visiting Quebec City, I noticed a lot of playing among the employees, but there is nothing wrong with that until you notice that this invo... read more Went for dinner while visiting Quebec City, I noticed a lot of playing among the employees, but there is nothing wrong with that until you notice that this involved a lot of things that should not happen in a restaurant: dropping things, touching their hair, and then touching all the items needed at the table. The worst happened when we were seated, I was able to notice the activity in the kitchen. The cook will touch his face, put food in his mouth (this mean your fingers could have contact with saliva) and then seeing him touching people's food. This ruined my experience so much that I refused to eat at the place because this is one of the parts we enjoy the most when we travel, choosing high rated restaurants so we don't end up with disappointments. However this is one of the worst things I have seen in a restaurant. To me they deserve a zero. This is the 3rd review I've written in my whole life to show how much this affected me.
