GREAT food. I wish we lived closer so we could eat here all the time. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He brought us baklava at the end of our meal, and it was without a doubt the best baklava we've ever had. We were both blown away. Will definitely return next time we're in the area. We have been eating delicious food all week in Quebec and decided to have a change from French cuisine. The reviews were glowing, but the food does not live up to the hype. The meat in the pita sandwich was dry and flavorless. The garlic potatoes were good. Service was friendly and helpful. View all feedback.
We are happy we decided to explore outside of the old town to dine at this restaurant.
After indulging in the delicious but heavy food of Quebec City for a week, we were in search of something lighter and found it at Bachir! Our children
This was the best meal we had during our week in Quebec! I highly recommend walking away from Grande Allée and Old Quebec to enjoy a healthy and delicious meal elsewhere.
Very welcoming and helpful staff. This is a seat-yourself, order at the register, and they bring food to your table place.They are happy to omit any of the contents of their wraps for you. Their meats are well marinated and seasoned, and very tender, with NO gristle. So no surprises in our shawarmas and shish taouk. just pure yummy.Good place for families (there were several there when we arrived.)
The owner was gracious friendly and extremely helpful especially because I didn't speak French. Make sure you ask for the English menu if you're English. Food was delicious and authentic middle eastern. 2 thumbs up!
