I give Banh Mi (Saigon Rolls) a high rating of 4.5 stars. They offer two varieties: the hot roast pork belly for $11.50, which is fantastic, and the traditional cold pork Saigon Roll for $9 (as shown in the picture), which is just as delightful. I rate their pies at 3.5 stars. They also have sausage rolls, cakes, fresh breads, spring rolls, dim sims, potato scallops, and more.
Saigon Bakery does a great Banh Mi. I like to record one each time I visit Queanbeyan. As bahn my just means 'bread' you 'll need to order a Saigon Pork Roll.
Banh mi in the bakery is awesome. Duck next door for top notch pho or a laksa if you have more time. Both are really good. Great little secret tucked away in Queanbeyan.
Delicious Banh Mi! The traditional version is great, but the roast pork belly option truly stands out. They can adjust the level of chili to your preference, and the other fillings and crispy crackling are spot-on! Highly recommended. It’s one of the best, if not the very best, pork crackling Banh Mi in the Canberra area.
