I just had the BEST pork belly salad here. Quick service. Really clean. Reeeeeeally yummy! Nicely located next to a beautiful park. Who knew Queanbeyan could have good food? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Lime Leaves:
We had been here previously for dinner and it was a great meal. We returned on a Sunday night to find the place fairly packed. Luckily we had made a booking but we were all abit disappointed. It seemed like they couldn't cope with the numbers. The orders were taken but only when we caught the attention of the waiters. The entrees came out quickly and the plates stayed there until the mains arrived. They had to clear ea... View all feedback.
We couldn't find parking at our first choice for dinner, but we saw this restaurant as we were driving down the street and decided to try it out. They were quite busy but managed to accommodate us. The restaurant is fully licensed with very reasonable pricing for alcohol. The desserts were also very reasonably priced. The almond crusted prawns for an appetizer were a tasty and unique choice. Both the stir fry and panang curry were delicious. The restaurant is located in a lovely old building with a great ambiance.
Gorgeous ambience. Old building with several fire places inside, near the table setting. The food was moderate, but the service was great.
Very good service, very delicious, fresh food. The structure of the restaurant is nice and very clean. Please continue to provide this wonderful service, congratulations to all the staff!
I have visited this restaurant several times for takeout and they have never failed to impress me. The food is always ready at the time they promise and is consistently delicious. If you have not tried it yet, I highly recommend the red duck curry with lychee and tomato - it is amazing!
Lime Leaves had some of the best tasting Thai food I've had for a long time. We were the first customers in, however by no means were we the only customers. Phone orders and takeaway was already abundant at opening time (5pm). Inside was a well presented dining area and a bar, which was stocked with our drink of the evening: Lychee Cider. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try it as it isn't too sweet and easily enjoyed. For our dinner we had the Red Duck Curry and Mussaman Curry with Coconut Rice. Both the meals were delicious. They had rich flavours, were beautifully presentated and we left very satisfied. For dessert we had sticky rice with Mango (my partner said it was amazing) and I had black rice pudding which was also quite nice. We were surprised that with entree, main and dessert it only came to $100. This is more than reasonable given the quality of food and the service provided. After our dining experience, I felt I could have been rolled home. 10/10 will roll out of Lime Leaves again.
