Ruth's Chris Steak House - Qualla

I ordered the shrimp filet! Once AGAIN the filet was so tough I could not even eat it. That was all I ordered. And that was a WASTE of $64.00. Even the bread he brought out before the meal was so hard it was so hard to even cut it with the knife. Could not pull it apart. The price you charge for this type of food and it comes out and you can't cut it with the knife but you expect someone to put it in their mouth and chew it! Very disappointed!!!!!

We went for our anniversary. The staff individually wished us a happy anniversary... they decorated our table and gave us a quiet, romantic booth. Food was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect.

We went to RC for our Anniversary finding everything wonderful! Lyndan is the best server we experienced in the many years we have frequented Ruth Chris. She noted allergies and made our celebration delightful. Great person!!

There were six of us, we all got Tomahawks and we also got a Large Seafood Tower. It was wonderful. There was a Manager In training i think.. i drank a-lot she was awesome and very personable and even gave me some tips on my Miami trip coming up. 10/10

Or the bottle of wine from the wine menu. We chose the bottle of wine that was $48 and when our bill arrived, he had given us the bottle of wine that was $112. That was way too much for a bottle of wine. The manager didn't do anything
