My fiance is a celiac. Of the hundreds of items on the menu, they told him the only thing he could eat was steamed broccoli. I think it's more likely a case they don't know. No effort made to improve his experience. Disappointing considering it's 2022.

Really not a good experience there. I would suggest that this eatery is made for large groups. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience

Coming to Sydney from interstate to celebrate mother’s day the Saturday evening before with my sisters remembering our mum, we got together in Sydney city and decided to take ourselves to a nice restaurant. We were seated in a spot near the bar and kitchen which was noisy and busy but that was the least of our issues. The waiter with a very sullen face and no welcome greeting or introduction came and gave us a wine list then asked what we wanted to order. As we were showing him he was completely distracted and then when he finally returned his attention back to us we had to show him again. When he returned for the food order he said rudely and abruptly what do ya want! One of my sisters told him he was being rude and he said ‘i know’ but no apology. We weren’t offered any water. The food was very good and hats off to the chef! The only redeeming feature. At the end of the meal a waitress came and asked if we had finished, took our rice bucket, nothing else, them never came back. All the dirty dishes stayed on the table. Other tables around us were asked if they would like to order more drinks, dessert, coffee, given fruit and fortune cookies then presented with the bill. After waiting about 1/2 hour after we’d completed our meal I went up to the counter and asked the girl at the cashier, also with no smile, hello or even a simple polite greeting, for our bill. She asked where we were sitting then said ‘how much tip!!’. I said NO tip. We talked to a man on the way out who said I can get you fortune cookie but we said it was too late. Absolutely the worst service I remember having anywhere. I will never recommend this place or return. The food is good but as an experience it was simply awful and unacceptable and all the staff looked miserable. I have had better service in a fast foodplac

Food was good. That's where is stops. For what we paid it should have been great food. The worst part, is the Terrible service especially the Manager. What is so hard with getting water? Considering the amount of salt they serve in their dishes apparently is difficult for them to get us water. However if you spend money on wine and other dishes they're more obliging. Considering we spent a substantial amount getting water without their condescending attiute is too much to ask. On top of this for a Mother's day lunch wasn't a great experience.

If I could have left a zero instead of 1 I would have. Terrible experience. From the smell entering to the terrible service it was awful. We were seating and waited nearly an hour to order our first drink despite asking many times. We had questions with the menu and staff didn’t understand. Food was not available and were also told what we wanted they wouldn’t cook because it took too long and they were too busy in the kitchen. We paid for our drinks and left. We’ve since heard of others similar experiences. Terrible. Awful.
