What Terrell Mayer doesn't like about Café Nur Muhammed:
more of a 3.5 star. this place has 2 names, ikhwan cafe and cafe only mohammed. they have food ready when they want to eat quickly. eating wise is not bad. I feel the best at this place is the reasonable prices especially in a territory like pyrmont. View all feedback.
Very close to the star. Very casual Eatery, which had a payment as you wish the day. Eat and pay as much as you like. The food came steadily, but it was a bit waiting for the roti. The rice was fluffy and the curry sauces were good. The red drink was terribly sweet.
The most authentic Malaysian cuisine in Sydney. Halal and delicious. The staff are very friendly and they also hold a "payment as you wish" twice a month. Follow you to Fb to know when the next one is
Been here for a couple of times. Can't recommend it to anyone, unless there is no open place around. The major problems I noticed: - Place is dirty and staff don't really bother themselves with cleaning tables or even thoroughly washing bottom of the water bottles; last time we visited this place waiter noticed dirty plates and cutlery left by previous customers only when we already received our food - Kitchen is shared with a common eating area, so if something bad happened there (i.e. if they burn someone's food) you'll be sitting in an awfully smelling, smoke filled room - Main Malay dishes like Nasi Lemak/Mee Goreng are absolutely bad here - don't even try - if it so happened and you found yourself sitting in this Café, I would rather recommend you to try Mee Curry as it at least looks not that bad - Prices are on a high side, if taking into the account quality and waiting time Much better place is in 3 min. from here. It is called Jonker Walk. Don't see any reason to rather stop here instead. Not sure do they serve halal food, but they are definitely much better in everything else.
