Damian is the best!!! He has been giving me my coffees for a few years now and he always comes through for me!!! Very professional and the best service I have ever received from a Dunkin!!! EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!! This was definitely one of the best Dunkin' experiences I've ever had. The staff truly love their jobs and take the time to make sure their customers are satisfied.
I always love seeing a friendly smile in the restaurant window downtown! The service at Mis Grace is truly the best out there.
The restaurant was fully lit up and there was a line at the drive-thru even though it was closed. There was no sign on the drive-thru window indicating that it was closed, and there were two employees inside. It was disappointing that they didn't inform the waiting customers that they were closed, which seemed very unprofessional.
