had the great luck to visit together with a local friend. we had mixed antipasti, which were fantastic and then moved on to taste other local delicacies like donkey. was great to see the chefs at work behind the glass window and service...and weep were spectacularly highly recommended when in the city! Industrial-chic position with very personal touches, stefano and its superlative team at all levels
We had lunch in two people in this restaurant in January we found the place very cozy and with an unexpected Christmas air. the lady and the boy in the room always very courteous and never intrusive. we have tasted first all an exclusive goodness and we have concluded with a second that I invite you to try: diaphragm covered with mushrooms and potato cream (useless to describe it here, I should lie down pretending to me an expert who then really am not. are only frequently at lunch / dinner in restaurants throughout the national territory and I recognize professionalism and quality of the products in the last kitchen, strictly exposed. all behind the glass wall moved with synchronism, the chef (presummary locator) never say a word but only with the direct look in the activities young colleagues to his support. ancient shops of the province of bari to which it was necessary to devote a few minutes expressing a judgment. Badly cooked fillet. He hunted blood and unbearable to the palate, despite being of excellent quality. Good wine and sweet. very kind owner and waiters.
Typical local Apulian DOC. refined and cured every dish, the presentation of the wines is very qualified. prices are right.
Great experience. friendly staff and excellent food with quality raw materials indisputable. we had lunch for a degree and spent in for covered water two first, second sweet and wine. soon very honest considering that we ate very well. recommended especially for appetizers really typical and very good. the cake made by them very good and the delicious meat. we took the cutlery to the porcini mushrooms and the quality of the fungus indisputable.
