Was Anonym at Dal Mollusco a mag?
we arrived in this restaurant specifically to try the raw, recommended by a local friend. The raw ones have not let us down at all, indeed! we continued the lunch with a first (of the knights to the rock) good and a mixed fried, a delicious peline, to want to find a defect. Overall we were fine, although the external position is not the maximum for location. honest price. View all feedback.

This is the kind of outdated restaurant that serves plates my grandmother could have cooked when she would have been an Italian mama. What we got on our plate was fresh and well prepared but no more than that. Even the atmosphere of the huge place was straightforwardly cold boring .... with even 4 men dining after a sort of curtain not to be mixed up with the rest of the guests. I have been to Italy to visit the family last August, and everytime I go there, I never fail to have at least one meal in this lovely restaurant Dal Mollusco in Putignano. Not only the food is marvellously tasty and fresh, but the staff is nice and smiling, and the young chef always welcoming. If you want to eat good quality fresh fish, in a lovely atmosphere, this is the place to go!
We spent a weekend in Puglia and had one lunch and one dinner at Dal Mollusco and we were blown away by the freshness of the ingredients and the beautiful simplicity of the italian kitchen. We had a plate of raw seafood with sea urchins, prawns, mussels, oysters... you could really tell that they were top quality by their size and their taste. After that we got an amazing plate of spaghetti ai frutti di mare , the noodles cooked perfectly al dente and a beautifull seafood flavour all through. For lunch the day after we had a seabass cooked in a salt crust. We didn 't expect that much by this kind of cooking, but in the end it blew our socks of. The flesh of the fish kept a perfect consistency and the taste was amazing! This restaurant worth absolutely a stop over during a stay in Puglia.
I loved the seefood here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything tasted lovely. Large portions though, could not finish everything unfortunately.
Delicious fresh seafood and fish served in a great variety of entrées and main courses in a very nice atmosphere. Management and staff is welcoming and friendly.
