I visited your Purcell location a week ago, and since then, I've been very ill. I've tried calling several times but haven't been able to reach anyone. I believe it might be necessary for the health department to conduct an inspection.
They don't believe in giving your change back in drive thru! Give them a dollar for a 2.55 for a large drink actual cost 2.53, they keep the pennies....besides that the rudeness rush to get out of the drive thru get 5 stars ?...their on top of that!°
Intercom broken. Waited forever to order through the drive through because the lobby is closed. Only to be told they don’t have freezes.
We should have checked the reviews beforehand because they were spot on. This place is terrible! We waited in line for our order to be taken and watched as everyone in front of us received their food. Once everyone else had left, the staff member finally came on the intercom and told us to wait a minute. We informed her that we had already been waiting for 10 minutes, and then we decided to leave. Thankfully, we were able to walk out and weren't trapped. They really need to learn how to multitask and do their jobs properly. Don't just give me an insincere "I’m sorry for your bad experience" because that doesn't solve anything. Either close the place down or hire staff who can actually do their jobs!
I've been in the drive through for 25 minutes now and there's only been 2 cars in front of me. I've never had to deal with such slow service in a drive through

The intercom was out of service, which made me wait a long time to place my order at the drive-thru since the lobby was closed. When I finally got my order, I discovered it wasn't even cold.
I waited at the drive-thru for 20 minutes without even getting a response from the speaker. I would leave, but I'm stuck between two cars. I should have heeded the warnings from the other reviews. Now, I'm left to endure this frustrating experience, feeling like I'm on a journey through hell.

The staff today were very friendly, and the food was excellent. I had the bacon double cheeseburger, and my wife tried the corndog nuggets—both were tasty. I like that this location also offers Long John Silver's, so if we’re in the mood for fish, we can enjoy that alongside a classic burger. Plus, the food is served quickly, which I really appreciate.
The fountain was out of root beer, and the food was excessively greasy. We all ordered the L2 combo, which came with two fish and three chicken dishes, but unfortunately, everyone suffered from diarrhea afterward. My husband had severe heartburn and was in pain all night. The only good thing was the fast service, though that was likely because we were the only customers. We definitely won’t be coming back.

I waited on my food for 30 minutes. Got to the window and was told they were out of chicken and hotdogs, I?d have to switch to something else. I waited on my order substitute, and when I FINALLY got my order, I was missing an onion ring and french fry.Got that fixed, then had to wait on my drinks. Drinks came out and I was missing a large Rootbeer and my large Pepsi was amedium. Went in to get it fixed and got met with a ?idc? attitude. Asked for a refund and was told I could get one for mydrinks, so I did. STILL HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR FAST FOOD. I DIDNT GET MY DRINK, I ENEDED UP WITH A BURGER SINCE ITS ALL THEYREALLY HAD AND I GUESS ILL JUST DRINK MY MEDIUM PEPSI INSTEAD BECAUSE SCREW WHAT THE CUSTOMER WANTS.
