Just okay somewhat dated rooms, lumpy, uncomfortable bed; strange nose all night that kept me awake (a humming noise that came/went); relatively clean; sad breakfast of stale cereal and boiled eggs; safe enough. View all feedback.
5 star rating. from booking a room to check out was the stay wonderful! the personal is very friendly and accommodating. I love this quiet scenic hotel, which is located on a hill and opposite the cemetery. park them not far away with beautiful animal world and old school playground.
I went to Pullman with my daughter for a college tour. We were disappointed that the hotel is very old. The carpets in the room is dirty, and old looking. the bathrooms had a very noisy Fan. Breakfast was limited. They had bagels but not cream cheese. Staff was great, beds are comfortable. Location and parking is good.
Should have it clear when I made my reservations that Restaurant and bar were closed, mite of change my mind where I stayed. So on the next trip I will ask more questions before I make my reservations.
My family and I have stayed here EVERY time we've come to Pullman. Well, unfortunately, all my good experiences were soured by one bad experience. My daughter is no longer a student at WSU. Prior to her withdrawing, I had scheduled a room for Mom's weekend. They didn't call to confirm my stay or email me (because they had no email on file). I was charged $821 for only TWO nights. While I understand all hotels charge these exorbitant amounts during these busy weekends, I called to explain the situation and hoped for them to make it right. The manager said I should've been contacted to confirm my reservation, but because there was no email on file, no one confirmed anything. Funny because they could've called to confirm my reservation if they saw I didn't have an email on file.I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN DUE TO ONE BAD EXPERIENCE.While I do realize small businesses need to make money (I'm a small business owner too) I will not give this place any more business. I will find a different hotel chain.Refusing to give me a full refund is BAD business.HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
Cool hotel. Great location. Fast, food delivery. I do recommend the little Chinese place right around the corner. (AMAZING Lot's to do in town. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Beds are horrible though.(just out dated)
