When we called to confirm, they had no record of our booking information. This made us feel uncomfortable and we decided to make a reservation elsewhere. A month later, we were charged for a stay at the hotel on a different date than the one we had originally booked. When we called to address the issue, the manager, Ron, was unhelpful and refused to refund us the $130 we were owed. We have since cancelled our credit card and plan to file complaints with the authorities. I would advise against staying with this company unless you are willing to risk losing money. They do not take responsibility for the actions of their employees or their faulty system.

The hotel has... read more The location in Pullman for the multi-day WSU new student orientation is beautiful. It offers simple and quick access to campus by car or bicycle. The hotel has a pool and hot tub, and the free breakfast provided was decent with good hours. Our room was very clean and spacious enough to accommodate four of us with two queen beds and all our belongings. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.
