And they... read more Worst chipolte ive been too. Employees kept gooding off. Took 20 min to order food with 4 customers. They are always out of food. Every time Im there. And they put 2 pieces of meat on a burrito and make you pay $20. Ive been to many chipolte and theyall seem to understand how to order enough food and provide more than literally 2 pieces of meat on a burrito.

I understand not having the stuff, but maybe have it listed on theapp, or even tell the customer when you give it to them, fully knowing that you could only make their order half right. Somehowthe only thing that is always shown unavailable on the app (sofritas) which is usually available regardless, but nothing theyare actually out of? Beyond that, the customer service was awful, I?ll never be back

Ask for extra rice, beans, pico, cheese, and lettuce (it?s all free). Keep up the good work, staff is alwaysfriendly. Ordered on the app and when I got there they ran out chips and guac, used the chat system in the app and got 2 freerewards for chips and guac.

This store runs out of veggies in lunch time whenever I visit since past one year and today they didn 't have any beans even when I ordered a veggie bowl. So to compensate, I asked to add two scoops of queso guacamole. It isridiculous as they do not charge you LESS for the protein they do not have in stock when ordering hence they charged me quesotwice as ordered and guacamole once since veggie bowl has 1 serving of guacamole free according to cashier! This all adds up to15.32 bucks instead I could perhaps have it under 10-11 bucks if all veggies and beans were available in store. Such a cunningpractice DISCOURAGES me to go to these chain restaurant places for grabbing a quick lunch anytime again in the future. LOOK ATTHESE EXPENSIVE COSTS OF ADDING QUESO AND GUACAMOLE AS ADD-ONS!!! I would have rated negative stars if it was an option to ratefor such the worst experience!

I fel... read more I was very disappointed with the bowl I ordered at this restaurant. There was hardly any chicken in it and the portions of beans and rice were very small. I felt like the bowl was not filling enough. In addition, I also ordered two orders of Chips Queso Blanco Chips Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa, but when my food arrived, I only received the sauces and not the chips. This has happened to me in the past when ordering from this restaurant through DoorDash. It is frustrating because I was charged for the chips but never received them.
