This is the absolute WORST Chipotle I have ever been to. We gave them three chances before we had enough. After driving 40 minutes because they are the nearest location, they are ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS, out of something. Whether it's beans, rice, guacamole, chips...you name it, they are out of it. Also, extremely skimpy on portions. My daughter gets a bowl and only gets beans and rice. All 3 times we went, they put a tiny scoop of beans and rice barely covering the bottom of the bowl. On one occasion, I placed an online order and arrived to be told they didn't receive my order (even though my payment went through) and I would have to wait 40 minutes while they served the drive thru for my order. Yeah right. I left and I ended up having to fight with corporate to get my money back. We will never go back.

ALWAYS out of something. Every single time I go. Always a wait on some sort of protein choice. Food taste and flavor is not as good as other ones I’ve been to. Just rough.

Every single time i order online, they forget my chips and queso, and i never get a refund. i also ordered a veggie bowl w guac, so it should be free, but they didn’t put the guac. if i thought i couldn’t get guac i would have ordered chicken. it’s the only chipotle in town so it sucks i can never get a good experience. they claim to refund me but never do. do not come here.
