Starbucks - Pullma

This location is amazing, friendly staff, the coffee is great too. The location at Safeway not so much i purchased a cup they promoted for the month of January i paid $65. For a cup that i got promised free refills of what i wanted from drip, iced, cold brew or teas with no upcharge. I went back two days later i got told no you can drip coffee if you want extra flavor its an .80 cent charge. Well thank you for your false advertising. Makes my choice of not giving you any more money. Savage's

Usually this location is great I drove here in a rush tonight at 630 to catch them before they close on my way out of town …and they closed a half hour early from what it says online! Either they need to fix their listing or let the public know they’d be closing early. Waste of time gas :

I am a regular here drive thru and to study. It’s always good, friendly, and quick. I mean it’s Starbucks. Discovered their popcorn recently and am addicted.

This particular Starbucks location has quickly become one of my favorite places. It doesn't matter what time of day I go in (before work, for a quick pick me up during the day, or after work) the staff is friendly, courteous, and will go out of their way to help you. I am always met with warm welcomes when I walk in, and would choose this location over any other location in Pullman, any day of the week!

This is the absolute best Starbucks. Always friendly, my drink is right, and they always go the extra mile to give good service. I just went and got a medicine ball drink and they left me a little message on my cup!! Made my day! I appreciate your smiling faces!!
