Pleasant Swiss country-style cafe-cum-resto (pretty large inside) with friendly staff and a relaxed feel. Traditional and simple Swiss chalet decor. In warm weather, they have a huge outdoor seating area where you can catch rays - kids and pets will also be happy here with the open space and the playground. The "tarte a la raisinee", a tarte made with the treacle-ish result of slow-cooked wine, is a specialty of the area and very nice. I have seen families come in large groups for festive meals (lunch and dinner), but haven't dined there myself.

Inst... read more This place used to be one of my favorite restaurants because of the great cuisine, service and location. However my last visit has been very disappointing. Instead of a nice table in the restaurant (completely empty on a Friday night), we got a table in another room which felt more like a pub. And everything else was accordingly... The lady who welcomed us was quite unfriendly, we got 2 menus for a table of 6, the choice was comparable to any Swiss restaurant in the area so no more fine cuisine, and the food was not freshly cooked and much too salty. All in all it was too expensive for what we got.
