Maybe I just arranged a bad sandwich for myself, but I did feel a little disappointed with the temperature and texture of the chicken on the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Other than that though I love this place. I can get exactly what I'm craving and it's nice and filling too. I felt like I actually had a meal.
Got a Spicy Italian but when I looked at the cucumbers they were slimy and gross. I asked them about it and all they said was I don 't know. Was disappointed they didn 't really own that and replace it with some fresher vegetables.
This is your standard Subway. For the best experience, I recommend placing a mobile order in advance. Unlike some other locations, they don’t hold back on the toppings here.
The food was decent, but the blond manager was quite rude and her customer service was poor. I felt more like a hassle than a valued customer. Considering her leadership role, she could definitely improve how she treats customers. Perhaps some coaching would help. I’d suggest visiting a different location to avoid dealing with her.
If I could give zero stars, I would. There were two girls working there, one wearing a mask, who was yelling at her coworker for no reason. We wasted 30 minutes because the machine wasn’t working. When we told her we had to leave, she gave us attitude for not getting even a small discount. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. – Dwight from The Office
