Description

Located in a hotel lobby, this restaurant offers an ambiance that straddles comfort and casual charm. While some patrons found enjoyable dishes like the bacon cheddar dip and mushroom flatbread, others lamented underwhelming meals that felt reminiscent of cafeteria fare. Service experiences varied significantly; from attentive to disappointing, the quality of hospitality seemed to hinge on the time of visit. Although several diners appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and some standout menu items, the general consensus reflects a desire for improvement, particularly in food quality relative to price. Overall, it remains a place of potential, awaiting a more consistent culinary execution.

The atmosphere was peaceful, tidy, and they stayed open late. Our waitress was handling several roles by herself. The meal was delicious and served with a friendly smile.

The ambiance is pleasant. The service was sluggish, despite the lack of a crowd. The menu options were minimal.

It took a while to be seated, but once we were, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful waitress who had only been working for 2 days. The food was delicious!

I have wanted to come here for years and I was really disappointed. We did like the bacon cheddar dip, but most of the food tasted like cafeteria food. And with the price we paid, I expected the service to be a lot better. While I do hope that we just happened to come on an off-night, I cannot recommend this restaurant (not two out-of-towners and not to locals). There are so many other good options in the area and this was a below average meal for an above average price.

It's possible we just ordered the wrong things, but I was not impressed. The place looks clean and sharp, though my chair wasn't very comfortable and my water glass was dirty (had chunks of something stuck to the inside). Our server was just okay... Didn't know what salad dressing options they had, didn't refill our waters or check on us. I actually think his shift may have ended while we were there because a different guy eventually brought us the check. The second guy seemed very nice, so maybe we just got lost in a transition or something? The simple salad was nice. Simple, but the shaved parmesan on it elevated it. The bacon cheddar dip was also decent. Solid bacon flavor. But the BBQ chicken flatbread was super mediocre, and the sweet potato fries tasted like any old frozen sweet potato fries you could make at home or get from any cafeteria. Overall, not impressed with the food. It's possible some of their other menu options are fantastic, but my experience was rather forgettable.
