The fi... read more This is my first official visit to the bakery. I've had her donuts, but I've never been to the store. At the time of writing this review, I worked twice. The first employee work was nice and helpful, she told me a little about the bakery what the customer lovers are and what their personal favorites are. Although she was helpful, she did not seem very enthusiastic to work. I read my review of the product and experience. For those who want to know, she didn't put on a mask when I entered. I know that from now on the mask mandate is over in Utah County, but I thought I should let people know that they don't need masks for customers (there were at least two other customers not wearing masks). I have some donuts and they were all pretty good! I added some photos to my review so you can check what I have. I went back a few days later very good things. I would give the Donuts 5 stars: they were very good. I would give the overall experience in bakery 4 stars because the two interactions I had with employees were helpful but not happy? The second time I came in, they did not give me two donuts that I demanded (they accused me for one). I'm not crazy about the experiences, I understand that sometimes work sucks. I hope the owner of the bakery does not read this review and gets after these employees, I just want to write a review of the entire experience I had. I will return to Provo bakery!

The maple frosting had a good consistency but was overly sweet. None of the donuts tasted fresh despite purchasing them early in the morning.
