Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, Provo Bakery has garnered a full spectrum of reviews. While some patrons praise its exquisite custom cakes and extraordinary donuts, others bemoan the rising prices and diminishing quality. Many customers miss the days of affordable day-old donuts, now replaced with higher prices and stale offerings. Service feedback has been inconsistent, with some employees displaying less enthusiasm. Despite the bakery's commitment to handmade, in-house creations, critics argue that improvements are needed in both product freshness and customer experience. Ultimately, Provo Bakery remains a local favorite, albeit with room for growth.

Was Anonym at Provo Bakery a mag?
Beautiful little bakery hidden from the main strip with delicious donuts. They also do other pastries, but seek to specialize in donuts. Come early when they sell fast. View all feedback.

What Eduardo Ramos dislikes about Provo Bakery:
This is what a $300 “Special” Birthday Cake for my wife’s 50th is supposed to look like?VERY DISAPPOINTED.This place doesn’t deserve even one star, but GOOGLE won’t let me post a review without it.I’m adding decorations as we speak. The frosting seems suspect and will add to the review once we try it tonight.Stay tuned! The donuts were disappointing; the frosting on the pink ones easily fell off in large dry chunks as we ate them. The maple frosting had a good consistency but was overly sweet. None of the donuts tasted fresh despite purchasing them early in the morning.

Their donuts are a little great but good. For past Thanksgiving holidays our family would get their orange rolls and cinnamon dinner rolls. Will start the tradition again!

This business has been here for quite awhile. I first learned of it in 1986. I mowed away for 15 years very happily surprised that it was still operating. There are so many pastries, cookies breads to choose from. My favorites are the hamburger buns, bread sticks and the turnovers.

What in the world is wrong with their business models? I loved going to Provo bakery, but their prices are insane. $9 just for three buttermilk doughnuts now? You used to be able to get day-old doughnuts for $5 a box. Now they want $10 for old doughnuts?! I would rather go to Krispy Kreme for fresh doughnuts for the same price as their old stuff. Not worth your money anymore. They have hardly any workers, service is slow and they don’t have many of their doughnuts ready when they open, so I don’t see how they justify their prices.

I used to enjoy visiting Provo Bakery, but their current pricing is ridiculous. $9 for three buttermilk doughnuts? In the past, you could get a box of day-old doughnuts for $5. Now, they are charging $10 for old doughnuts. I would rather go to Krispy Kreme for fresh doughnuts at the same price. The service is slow, they have a limited staff, and many of their doughnuts are not ready when they open. It's not worth the money anymore. Their business model needs some serious work.
