The atmosphere is modern and minimalist. Oteo offers a fairly simple menu with only about four items, and the portions are on the smaller side. I’d suggest coming with friends so you can share and sample a variety of dishes. Just a heads-up: a 20% gratuity is added for parties of more than four.

The atmosphere is beautiful and modern, yet warm and inviting. Our server was friendly and offered excellent recommendations. The attention to detail in the food was impressive. We tried the apple salad and the curtains for appetizers and enjoyed both, though we preferred the curtains. For the main course, I had a beef taco that was flavorful, and an even better salmon taco—which I liked more than my husband did. For dessert, we sampled the Cronught and the churros. The churros were slightly ironic, but everything else was delicious. The only downside was the price, especially since the portions are on the smaller side. However, the quality and detail in the food make it worth returning, even if the price suggests it’s a place for special occasions.

W... read more After I ate here, I was disappointed to eat food for the rest of the day because I knew nothing was going to beat what I had at Oteo. Amazing, flavorful food. We got the tacos and molote (I think that's what it's called). We also had some off-the-menustrawberries and cream that blew my mind. An essential place to eat in Provo.
