I really enjoy Arby's, but this particular location repeatedly serves diluted au jus with their French Dip and undercooks the jalapeño poppers. This was your final opportunity to impress me. I'll happily drive further to a location that can consistently provide good service and quality food.
The cleanliness of this place was definitely lacking. I didn't even step inside, and I have no intention of eating there again. The exterior windows were filthy, and the pickup window was extremely dirty. The staff appeared like they could use a good shower. I recommend avoiding this Arby's location!
I received a warm welcome from the management as soon as the dining room opened. They assisted me with my order and made sure to check in during my visit to ensure everything was satisfactory. While it's Arby’s, so my expectations were modest, it was clear that the staff genuinely care about customer satisfaction and strive to provide a pleasant dining experience.
