I'm sorry. I love Arby's. But this one in particular sucks. They put more mayo than meat on my sandwich. Either ask for no mayo or you'll have to wipe a lot off!
Food's been alright when i've visited recently, however their hours of service for their lobby are inexcusably inconsistent, why would they close their lobby at 4:00 on one random saturday? super annoyed.
For MONTHS your lobby has been closed. Finally I see your sign that reads “we are open” and decided to try. Yet I entered the lobby at 6:24 on a Monday and was told they were closed. When are they NOT closed? You must not want business. Honestly, just shut your doors permanently if you can’t stay open. NEVER had this issue with other Arby’s locations. Such poor service. Also note: you are literally the ONLY fast food place that is still using the pandemic as an excuse for poor hours and poor service. No other chain is still having issues. Only Arby’s and particularly this location.
The cleanliness of this restaurant was quite disappointing. I didn't even go inside, and I have no plans to return. The outside windows were dirty, and the pickup area was also very unkempt. The staff seemed like they could benefit from a good wash. I'd suggest steering clear of this Arby's location!
I really enjoy Arby's, but this specific location consistently serves diluted au jus with their French Dip, and the jalapeño poppers are often undercooked. This was your last chance to impress me. I’m willing to drive farther to find a location that reliably offers great service and quality food.
