The first food experience in usa. I had a lunch for $9, where we turned off the suppe too hot and sour with $2. the suppe was extremely delicious. the main course was ok, because I am not a big fan of brown rice. also I had cocktail with mango and that was just amazing! overall nice experience, very friendly staff. must try
I had a great lunch here while in providence for business. the atmosphere and the environment in this restaurant is clean and relaxing with a friendly, attentive staff. the food was also great! the barbecue sincean was probably the next of real meat I had for a decade as vegetarian. the pad thai was tasteful and not too spicy. I even have to try a Japanese beer with my meal. I would recommend veggie fun to anyone they do not need to be vegan or vegetarian to enjoy this place!
Had my braut shower here of 20 people and it was amazing! most of my friends eating meat and all of them were impressed, and as a vegan I was also! everything was tasteful and delicious. I'll be a regular!
We spent $245 before tip, a family of 5 people (two toddlers that didn?t eat because they had their lunch at home) and the waitress said since we haven?t order enough meals from the main menu, we were not allowed to have bigger plates! We had to eatin small appetizer plates even after we asked, and I said that didn?t make any sense since we order a lot! We wanted to shareall the food! My family have been picking up orders from this place for the past 3 years! We supported them through pandemictimes, I was really upset about the plate thing! We asked for knives, waitress gave us 3 even tho we are a family of 5, that isprobably because we order appetizers! I?m really disappointed! I told them I was having a horrible experience, they didn?t seemto care! I was trying really hard because being a vegan you know there are not as much places to eat! I?m a business ownermyself and I know what a bad review means but, unfortunately after thinking a lot about it, I had to! I?m giving two starsbecause the food still good! I understand the the accent difficulties, I saw many reviews complaining about not beingunderstood, on the phone was always the same thing, but that is understandable, not giving your costumers big plates andsilverware because they didn?t order enough main dishes, that I can?t! Rude people! But still, I don?t wish them nothing bad, Ijust want them to do better!
??Warning ?? Worm ridden food served here. I wish I could give this place negative score instead of the 1star. Me and my wife were here late afternoon on a Saturday and were the only guests. This is important context for the appalling treatment by thestaff. 1. The staff was rude- all the tables are 4 seaters overlooking a window and we wanted to sit close to where we hadparked. The waiting staff seemed to resist saying that it?s a four seater, she wanted to seat us in a booth which is 4-6seater! 2. The staff was not knowledgeable, most of the food isn?t fresh and is not made on site. I wanted to have the springroll but it had mushrooms so I asked the waiting staff if they could avoid mushrooms in my spring rolls and she said these arenot made in their kitchen and are pre made in a different facility so they cannot. Next, I asked if the dumplings have mushroomsand she said she doesn?t know- these are also pre made in a different facility. I asked her if the chef or anyone in the kitchenwould know if the dumplings have mushroom and she just resisted me by saying no one knows. No explanations, no recommendationsfor alternative appetizers! 3. My food had worms! I ordered the fried rice, it came with potatoes, carrots and broccoli. Thefirst piece of broccoli I tired to eat had worms in it (image attached). I was nauseous seeing it and called the staff. Thestaff was very calm, not at all rattled and also not apologetic! She asked me if I would like a new plate. I felt she hadn?trealized the worms and explicitly showed her. She said the broccolis are organic and can have worms! Shouldn?t there be acleaning process to remove them before serving to guests?? We try but sometimes they are still there was the reply by thewaiting staff! Me and my wife were shocked by this attitude of the staff. They weren?t apologetic for serving us worm riddenfood. They didn?t charge us for the fried rice, we were charged for all the other items we had ordered. Needless to
