What User doesn't like about Ruby Thai Kitchen:
Got a really bad container of no chicken friend pieces of batter along with tasteless fried rice. Took one bite and asked for a refund and they denied it. I let them keep my money, as its what they obviously wanted, not customer service/satisfaction, and now I go on to let everyone know this place is not a place to eat at Providence Place....could have given me my 10 bucks back guy at the register. In short, not a Thai place. Never had pad Thai with this super thin noodle with a ton of ketchup.

I love this place, the servers and staff are kind and energetic, also stack up food alot without extra price it's definitely worth your buck as I get a full meal to share for about 17 dollars it's just a kind atmosphere with good food and nice
I got severe food poisoning on March 9. Would not recommend.
Overpriced, photos show vegetables with entree but when I had asked for some vegetables they refused to incorporate any. They're cheap and not worth the money.
