Red Stripe is a mixed bag of reviews from patrons who have experienced both highs and lows. The restaurant's atmosphere and ambiance are widely loved, with outdoor tables providing an airy feel. The menu received mixed reviews, with some items not being available and long wait times for food. Was Kim at Red Stripe a mag?
We went for my son's birthday, our first time but it won't be the last! The food was outstanding from the buffalo dip cheesy, spicy goodness, the craft cocktails I had the cranberry seasonal sangria and my son had the raspberry rickey, to the large entrees (the short ribs were out of this world with lots of leftovers). The wait staff were attentive and the decor very cool. We will definitely be back! View all feedback.
What Violette Weimann dislikes about Red Stripe:
Disappointed they did not have the lobster roll after receiving several emails about it. Apparently they never got their shipment. Will call next time to confirm it is available. Also, would appreciate to have bread served with red sauce dishes and mussels for dipping. View all feedback.
Enjoyed the dinner, just a little light on the food. Seems like they were scrimping on the fillings of our mains. Still will revisit. Worth a try.
We had a delightful experience at the Taste of Europe on Tuesday night... The Wine choices were incredible and the Four Course Meal was Spectacular....They even surprised us with a fifth course in between....The Service was 2nd to none...What an absolutely enjoyable evening out, I can not wait to go back....Jim Fennessy
We went for dinner on Friday night while we were visiting for Homecoming weekend at Providence College and back for Brunch on Sunday morning! Food and service was great!
This a go yo restaurant for us. Food is consistently good and service is always excellent.
We’ve eaten here a few times and it was good but last night was awful. Extremely loud, took forever to get food, part of it was cold. Server was super nice and doing his best, but we’re local and we’ll be taking a break.
