Cool place for a drink, was not at all impressed by the dinner. 2 of my friends and I ordered very different tellers, but they kind of tasted all the same. some... read more Cool place for a drink, was not at all impressed by the dinner. 2 of my friends and I ordered very different tellers, but they kind of tasted all the same. someone in the kitchen had a heavy hand with a kind of red pfeffer in the night bc of the burger, pulled pork, and poutine pries had the same overly seasoned, disappointing taste profile. would go back for the interesting, dark, mysterious atmosphere, but only for drinks.

The Fez is one of my favorite hole-in-the-wall joints ever. It's tiny, dark, and not at all like any other place around. The food is creative, very well prepared and completely delicious. They have great taste in music too and a funky little bar downstairs and a bigger less funky and less interesting bar upstairs. If you are feeling a little adventurous then this is a perfect choice.
