Description

Pianta is a vegan restaurant in Providence, Rhode Island, USA that we visited to celebrate our son's graduation. We appreciated the clearly marked nut-free options due to his tree nut allergy. The food was delicious.

My family and I dined here last week to celebrate a birthday! For ambiance, when we arrived the music was loud. It's a small restaurant, and we would've sat outside but it borders a busy street and thin sidewalk. The interior is different than the one shown on the website. I think that the shawarma could be improved with less honey. We do not recommend the fudge brownie. The dirty chai is better than average, that was a plus. Next, on accessibly, there is a free parking lot beside the restaurant. In terms of service, our waitress came to the table too often. I do not think the food portions were big enough. What I do like is that this is a vegan restaurant- it's just that the quality could seek improvement, and Pianta should have bigger portions.

Delicious. A great meal whether you’re vegan or not. Loved the Peruvian ceviche and the eggrolls.

What a fabulous restaurant! We celebrated our grandson’s graduation from Providence Country Day with a family dinner at Pianta last Wednesday. It was so nice having a menu full of choices for all of us. The good was delicious, portions were plentiful, server was attentive and Chef Michelle was so gracious and grateful we had such a memorable evening. This was not our first visit and certainly won’t be our last! There are too many menu options for us to try! Thanks for the fond memories…
