Description

Kitchen in Providence is a tiny restaurant that defies the norm of celebrity chefs and Instagram-worthy eateries. Run solely by Chef, Server, and Host Howard Crofts, this cozy spot on Federal Hill offers a unique dining experience. With a limited menu but a range of delicious breakfast options, all prepared from scratch daily, the food is simple yet faultless. From fluffy buttermilk pancakes to decadent French toast, everything is served with attention to detail and a personal touch. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, with the owner taking the time to personally greet each guest. Even though waiting times can be long due to the small space, the food is well worth it, especially the bacon and muffins. With only a handful of tables, it's best to arrive early and be prepared to pay in cash. For a hearty breakfast made with love and care, Kitchen is a must-visit spot in Providence.

A One Man Show. Kitchen is a one man show by owner/chef, Howard Crofts. We arrived early to assure a seat. I had bacon hash browns with eggs and my wife had croissant French toast. The food was yummy and the coffee was first class. The food was worth the wait. .

Front row seats at Nick's - the best show in town! It's like being at one of the most precious restuarants in Japan where the chef cooks in front of you -
