We were seated quickly but then had to wait a long time for the bartender to take our order. The punch bowl we ordered was a good size but the standard straws were too short, making it awkward to reach. The appetizers were good but the entrees were just okay. Overall, the service was unorganized and slow. We won't be returning.

Yes, it wasn't a good nite...there was a Halloween pub crawl with costumes and only (1) waitress to serve at least 12 parties of 2 to 4 to 6 patrons. We waited... read more Yes, it wasn't a good nite...there was a Halloween pub crawl with costumes and only (1) waitress to serve at least 12 parties of 2 to 4 to 6 patrons. We waited 20 minutes for our cocktails to arrive after complaining. The AC was blowing on my wife, she was freezing, and we asked for it to be turned down or shut off. Waitress said it would be turned off. High Tides came highly regarded but I would probably only return with a couple of guys on motorcycles for a refreshment or two..but not for a romantic dinner.

We were a party of 12 and ordered several different appetizers and entrees and no one liked their food. Nachos were fine. Pork was undercooked. Coconut shrimp dry and bland. Fish tacos tasted bad, shrimp tacos were ok, nothing special.

Our... read more We met friends for dinner and came a bit before them. We immediately sat on a stand on the back and then everything “service” was thrown out of the window. Our friends arrive 10 minutes later. We waited for another 15 before the bartender finally came to take over our order. We got a little “popular” but thought cocktails would change the mood. We ordered the huge bowl for the table together with nachos and wings. The punch bowl was a great size for the group, but they gave us standard straws that did not reach the middle of the table, so we spent the whole meal pushing the bowl around the table. Awwwwkward! Our apps arrived shortly after Hostess. The wings were good, I have to say the nachos were super delicious. We finished them, and we waited, waited, waited and were just ready to find a check when the poor bartender finally dragged over the room to take our escape order. Dinner was okay. Fish tacos, mahi-mahi train with sandwiches rounded the meals. Not bad, not great, just meh. We had no water, no napkins, an empty bowl and NO waiters. There were at least two more waiters, a hostess and a manager who works, but the service was ridiculously unorganized and slow. She checked it from the list “been there, done that”. We won't be back.
