The employee had his mask hanging off... read more When I asked about my money because I had been waiting so long for my shake, they didn’t refund me, so I was left waiting. The employee had his mask hanging off his chin the entire time and even stopped to drink something himself, completely ignoring the fact that I had been there for ages. I highly advise against wasting your time or eating here. The staff was rude and clearly didn’t care about how long people had to wait. He was literally just shuffling back and forth without accomplishing anything.

And one of the girls told the other girl to not take anymore orders. So they walked around talking to each other and never even asked or told us anything. Meanwhile it was absolutely dead. It really seems like they just dont care.

The cheeseburgers are quite large-size and I usually end up taking some french fries home because I can't finish all of them. Short wait for food, even when busy.

They had a huge line and our order still came out quick with our smoothies that they make from fresh fruit in a mall food court! I'm still really amazed at how fast and smooth everything moves at this place. This will be our new place to stop for food and smoothies after shopping! Keep up the great work!! :
