I only go to Rhode Island two times a year, and a visit to Gregg's is always on the list. I always go for their dinner special on Monday's or Tuesday's, where you get served a basket of hot dinner rolls, a choice of an entree (Chicken Parmesan, Meatloaf, or a Fish option), your choice of a salad or soup, a dessert, and a beverage--beer or wine. Not only do you get all that at one low price, but, they have generous portions too. The food is finger licking good, and their cakes and desserts are one's you won't want to miss. If dining in, try their Hot Apple Crisp a la Mode, or if you're a chocolate fan like myself, try their Death by Chocolate. It's a killer!I always feel like I'm coming home when I eat at Gregg's. The dining room is cozy, and the booths are comfy. Gregg's is a Rhode Island staple, do visit it on your next trip!

The portion sizes are really big though so consider meal sharing.
