Dunkin' - Providence
Dunkin'
Description
This neighborhood coffee-and-doughnut outpost delivers hot, sweet coffee and classic doughnuts with a hands-on manager and experienced crew. Convenient for locals with a drive-thru and central, high-traffic location, it’s ideal for quick morning pickups. However, openings can be inconsistent and staff attention may focus on drive-thru queues, leading to occasional order errors. There are reported hygiene concerns when employees eat while working. Overall, solid treats and polite service when operations run smoothly, but expect variability during busy hours.

Love the Manager here so helpful to his employees he is hands on. I would actually enjoy working for him, love the professionalism.coffee was great hot and sweet just how I like it
I usually tend to go in the morning and get a special treat. Doughnuts are the usual. Staff will take your order respectfully. Most people enjoy sprinkles on their yummy treat, while otherwise I don't appreciate sprinkles. The texture of them doesn't suit me. So, the other day, I paid for chocolate and strawberry frosted doughnuts. I asked for no sprinkles on my treat. So, I didn't look in the bag when driving home. When I came home, there were sprinkles on the doughnut when I mentioned I wanted none. But that wasn't bad. Usual shop for doughnuts and not unique from other Dunkin' shops.
I enjoy coming to this location, my drink is always good. The staff members are awesome.
I ordered a bagel with egg and cheese, but they gave me just a plain bagel without any egg or cheese. Shaking my head.
I recently visited this restaurant and found myself waiting outside because the front doors were locked, despite being scheduled to open at 6 AM. There were five employees loitering inside but they didn’t pay any attention to the eight other people and me who were standing in the cold. It took me knocking on the door for them to even notice us, yet they still chose to ignore us. If these five employees can’t even manage to open the door or acknowledge their guests, I doubt they’d be capable of making a simple cup of coffee either.
