The main road was completely congested, and traffic wasn't moving at all. Once I finally made it to the parking lot and entered the restaurant, I received number 1671 and started waiting. While I was waiting, I noticed a girl sitting inside the refrigerator. When I asked her about it, she said she was hurt, and I mentioned that she shouldn’t be working in that condition. My bagel order arrived first, but I ended up waiting five more minutes for my drink. Meanwhile, other customers behind me also noticed the girl lounging on the counter with her legs and feet dangling over the refrigerator. I couldn’t understand why it was acceptable for her to sit on the counters like that. Can someone please explain this?
The service was extremely slow, and the staff were not very friendly. I ended up having to drink three out of the four coffees I ordered because they were completely wrong. I requested extra cream and sugar, but there was neither in sight, and the drinks had no flavor. It seemed like they were more focused on managing the chaos than on providing good service!
I usually order avocado toast from this place, but it always comes on cold avocado bread. The bread is never warm, and the sandwiches are ice cold as well. I also had a frustrating experience when a lady cut in front of me in the takeout line, and the cashier mistakenly said that I was the one cutting her. Overall, it's a really disappointing location.
The restaurant offers excellent coffee, delicious breakfast options, smoothies, donuts, and bagels. The indoor seating is comfortable, and there's friendly service along with free Wi-Fi available.
Dunkin worst I was there. I asked for extra milk in a coffee, but it is very dark. 2. coffee was hazelnut (not swirled), but was very dark and take more like black coffee. with mandelmilch is her darker, but it tastes as if they had barely put anything, what is the point of paying extra for it?
