I placed my order via email, and Melissa was incredibly efficient, answering all my questions quickly. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

She primarily sells wholesale to restaurants and grocers, but if your order is large enough (10 items she is happy to accommodate. With the holidays coming up, her biscotti and coconut macaroon packages are the perfect gifts. I purchased a seasonal pumpkin, eggnog, hazelnut Nutella, assorted biscotti and chocolate macaroons. At this time, she does not offer vegan or gluten free options. All items contain eggs and/or dairy. Excited for the day when I can buy vegan biscotti and macaroons locally!

Soft biscotti is an acquired taste, and maybe not for the purist. However, the chocolate almond biscotti I had was lovely. I actually saved half and found it again 3 days later, still soft and yummy. When are you gonna export to NYC?!

I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this but I also might consider stopping by if I was in the neighborhood anyway. 2.5 stars. Right in the middle.
