We create it, at least once a year on daughter visits book early and ready to either. I will not spoil the experience for them, but plan.

Had a great dinner at birch. the two women who worked in this night had very different personalities and communication style, but they took care of us well.
Phenomenal, and truly a dining experience! From start to finish our meal was perfection, and the service was exceptional. Definitely recommend doing the drink pairings!
Great depth of flavors in all dishes. Beverage pairings had a few things I would not usually order, but they paired perfectly with the food. Cucumber and Pistachio with Sake, Pumpkin and Sweet Corn Puree with Hard Cider, Smoky RI Peking Duck with a very interesting red wine, and Blueberry Dessert (a fruit bomb), with a desert-ish Chardonnay were all fabulous. Such attention to detail, right down to dishes designed specifically for each menu item.
