I absolutely love the HK noodles and tofu—they're so delicious! They are very affordable, which makes it easy to enjoy them frequently. The tofu has just the right amount of crispiness on the outside, though I prefer it to be cut into smaller pieces for more tofu in each bite. We were excited to try the Chinese neighbor restaurant because they offer a "vegan-friendly" menu with a decent variety of options. We ordered the veggie spring rolls, which had a good flavor overall but were quite oily. The same issue applied to our main dishes. The Mongolian tofu had a nice taste but was also very oily.
