My first visit to this location. The food was ok. Is it me, or has the chicken sandwich gotten smaller? ? when you, as for extra pickle, are barely noticeable. I'm dropping over $30 on a quick bite to eat for my wife and I. I'm not impressed. I've had better at other locations. However, the service and staff was top notch. ???Food: 3/5

I ordered some grilled chicken a couple of months ago, along with some other items. After ordering and waiting for a full 10 minutes for my order, I walked to the window to ask if it was almost ready. I was told it was coming out now. So I waited another 5 minutes. I waled back to the window and they said again it is coming out now. I waited there for 1 minute. Still no food. So, I said Inhad to leave but I'm coming back for a free meal since I had paid for a meal and received nothing. I came back yesterday. I walked inside, explained to the Manager, Mr. Brooks, what had happened. In front of others, Mr. Brooks refused to give me a free meal. I assured him I Can pay for it, but I wanted to give him the choice given what I had said. He refused, so I decided to leave. This was a POOR decision by this Manager. The second I finished talking, he just turned around and left while he spoke out some 800 number to call for complaints, as if I didnt matter. I was a number and a liar. Mr. Brooks should NOT be a Manager there, as he doesnt reflect the common sense and decency of Chik fil A.

The manager, Spencer Gotelli, told us we couldn’t order just a bun and a slice of American cheese. He mentioned that other Chick-fil-A locations allow it, but he refuses to do so at his store. We have been ordering this for my vegetarian child every week for the past three years at this location. As he walked away, Spencer muttered something under his breath. He comes across as arrogant and lacking in leadership and customer service skills. I plan to inform Chick-fil-A about the kind of person managing this location. Being in the restaurant industry myself, I would never hire someone like him. I will post this review on every possible platform and contact the franchise owner. There must be a worker shortage to have employed someone like Spencer. We will go out of our way to avoid this location from now on.

Three strikes and you're out! The last three drive-thru orders have been incorrect—items missing or wrong, which is incredibly frustrating. The young employees at the drive-thru seem more focused on flirting with each other than getting our order right. I'm done with this Chick-fil-A!
