The sandwich exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly tasty and flavorful. The fries were also hot and fresh. I appreciated that the spice bottles were filled too. The dining area was clean, and there were some TVs for entertainment. The bathroom was spotless as well. This Smashburger also features a terrace for outdoor dining. Overall, it was a great culinary experience at this Smashburger in Prosper, TX. I highly recommend dining here!

Normally,... read more While the cashier wasn't the friendliest, my family and I really enjoyed our burgers. I tried the smoked bacon brisket burger, and it was incredible. Normally, I find it hard to eat so much meat, but the smoky flavor on this burger was just fantastic. My son loved his turkey burger, and my husband enjoyed his double bacon burger, though he mentioned that he would opt for the smoked bacon brisket burger next time. The service was quite quick, and our server was pleasant and helpful. However, there was an issue with the Sprite from the soda machine; it tasted off to us and some other customers, and we noticed black spots in it. When we reported it to one of the staff members, they just pressed the button to release some more and walked away without addressing the issue further. Despite this, we enjoyed our time together as a family. The location in Prosper is a bit small at the front, but they do have seating in the back and on the terrace.
