I was really hoping for the sweet-fire chicken, but it seems it wasn't available. It would have been helpful if the staff had informed me about that beforehand. This is especially disappointing since my child only eats sweet-fire chicken.
This place needs new ownership or management. Their Asian employees treat their African American employees horribly. Lots of racial comments and assumptions. They were making comments about their hair and assuming they do drugs. Very condescendingtowards their employees, but it's only coming from Asian employees. I'll never eat or order from here again. I will be lookingto file a complaint with Panda Express corporate, and their department that's over franchises. I'm sure this type of behaviordoesn't align with their mission statement. Update: One of the employees pulled on one of the African American employee'shair and asked if that was their real hair. That is absolutely unacceptable!!!
The food quality has dropped dramatically. 3 strikes and you are out with me and my family. This restaurant needs to pay much more attention to the food they are putting into these cartoons and how Panda which is normally very good is being representedat this location.
I recently ordered from Panda Express for the first time in months and had a frustrating experience. I placed an online order for pickup at 11 AM, and when I arrived at around 11:30 AM with my child, my order was missing from the pickup shelf. They treated me as if I were trying to steal my own food, which was quite insulting. They asked for my order details, even though everything was clearly stated on my order confirmation. Eventually, they found my receipt mixed in with mobile orders and proceeded to remake my order, but they still got it wrong. The staff were rude and accusatory throughout the process. I reported my experience to corporate and shared my feedback when prompted, but weeks later, I received a response only regarding the wrong order, which wasn’t even my main concern. I emphasized that my issue was the poor treatment I received, yet they informed me that someone from the store would reach out, but nobody ever did. After how poorly I was treated both in-store and by corporate, I’ve decided to boycott Panda Express moving forward.
I ordered the Mushroom Chicken through DoorDash and experienced severe illness a few hours later. As soon as I bit into the chicken, I knew something was off; it did not taste like chicken or beef. The flavor was extremely gamey and completely unlike anything I had encountered before. I’ve always had a strong stomach and have never had food poisoning, so I was genuinely worried for others who might have ordered the same dish. I almost had to have my husband take me to the hospital. After this experience, I will never eat at Panda Express again. I’m almost certain that what I ate was some kind of rodent.
