BLUF: This location simply can't make orders for delivery or pick up accurately.Details: My wife and I both have accounts and have ordered here off and on for a... read more BLUF: This location simply can't make orders for delivery or pick up accurately.Details: My wife and I both have accounts and have ordered here off and on for about 3 years now, mostly as a social experiment lately.We can honestly say that a full 2/3 or more of delivery or pick up orders are incorrect. Seriously. Dozens of orders, at least 2/3 are incorrect.This account now has over 10M views and is reportedly, according to Google Maps, in the top 10% of restaurant, hotel, and other reviewers.

On my most recent order, which I plac... read more I really want to love this place because it's close to home, but my last two visits have been nothing short of a disaster. On my most recent order, which I placed online, my food wasn't ready until an hour after the estimated time. While I waited, I couldn't help but notice that the staff seemed to be moving in slow motion. One of my pizzas wasn't ready until 8:28, even though the estimate was 7:39. I ordered three pizzas in total; two were completed around 7:50, but the third somehow kept going missing. During my previous visit, I had a similar experience where both pizzas I ordered were burned to the point that they were inedible and had to be thrown away. I understand that staffing can be challenging, but there doesn't seem to be any organization to help manage the chaos. It feels like corporate needs to step in and provide some guidance on how to improve workflow. While delays are understandable to a degree, consistently missing pizzas across multiple orders is unacceptable. The staff didn't seem concerned or apologetic at all during my visits.

However, after a frustrating experience tonight, we will... read more We used to really enjoy ordering from Mod Prosper pizza and did so frequently over the past 18 months. However, after a frustrating experience tonight, we will no longer be ordering from them. The customer service was quite rude, our pizza arrived without cheese, and it was cold. When we called to address the issue, we were told that the cold delivery wasn't their fault and were advised to contact DoorDash instead. We were taken aback by their refusal to send a replacement pizza or offer any solution to the problem. As a result, we've decided not to spend any more money at this restaurant and will be seeking out other pizza options in the future.
