Mod Pizza - Prosper

We used to love Mod Prosper pizza, ordering from them frequently over the past 18 months. However, after a disappointing experience tonight, we will not be ordering from them again. The customer service was rude, our pizza arrived without cheese, and it was cold. When we called to complain, we were told it was not their fault for the delivery being cold. We were instructed to contact DoorDash instead. We were shocked that they would not offer to send a replacement pizza or make any effort to resolve the issue. We have decided to avoid wasting any more money on this restaurant and will be trying other pizza places in the future.

I really want to love it because it?s close to home. This location used to be on top of it but the past two times I?ve ordered have been a disaster. Today my Order that was placed online was not ready till an hour past the estimate. As I stood there andwatched the staff they were all In slow motion. One of my pizzas was not fulfilled till 8:28 and the estimate was 7:39. Iordered 3. Two were done around 7:50 and the 3rd some how kept going missing. The previous time I visited they burned both thepizzas I ordered to the point I had to throw them out because they were not edible. I understand staffing is an issue but thereis not method to the madness. It seems as if corporate needs to have someone come in and show the team how to flow properly. Being behind on orders is definitely understandable to an extent but continually missing pizzas on numerous orders is not. Thestaff was not concerned nor apologetic in any way shape or form.

I liked this place a lot for awhile but recently they keep burning the pizzas and getting my order wrong. One time I made an order online and when I went to pick it up they didn?t have it. So I waited 20 min for nothing and had to get food elsewhere.Then this evening I picked up an order I waited a long time for and asked to have them bring it to my car for pickup and theyacted like they didn?t do that anymore. Then why do they have the signs and the spots to sit for pickup and allow orders overthe phone? Anyhow, I got my pizza but it was scolded black on the bottom. See pic :

Every time we visit this restaurant, we have a great experience. It's a pretty standard make-your-own personal pizza place, but that's not a bad thing. My favorite items here are the Greek salad and the fact that they offer anchovies, which are hard to find elsewhere. The Greek salad keeps me coming back with its filling and fresh ingredients like chickpeas, sweet and spicy peppers, and optional grilled chicken. Other notable menu items include the spicy red sauce, spicy chicken sausage, pesto sauce, and the delicious No Name Cake. The staff is always friendly and the food is fresh, but I did deduct a star for inconsistency in portion sizes. Depending on who's making your food, you could end up with a huge or tiny pizza or salad. Overall, I enjoy this restaurant and would recommend it to others.

I do not recommend ordering the Cheezy Garlic Bread at this restaurant. When I received mine, 75% of it had no cheese and the remaining 25% looked more like burnt hair than cheese. I was very disappointed because their pizza is excellent.
