Jamie's Pizzeria - Prospect

Disgusted! By the incompitence from the staff and all the way to the owner. I am surprised this place hasnt burnt to the ground yet. It seems they have the basic instincts to be able to breath and take money but not the ability to comprehend english and follow basic order instructions. On multiple occasions i have had to call and complain as multiple orders have been incorrect. My pizza has been delivered burnt beyond the recognition of it being called a pizza. Multiple times my salads have been missing. Im not one to expect free things or complain for no reason and always willing to forgive BUT when i call to advise there is an error with the order and then called a liar and that i should have checked the order myself is where i disagree. I shouldnt have to continiously check if my food is correct. Your establishment should have the basic customer service skills and ability to make sure all orders are correct. Its not the customers job to do so its theirs! Also reading through reviews its sad to see that staffs BF are the reason for a 5star review.... hmmm i wonder how many other reviews are fake!!

Absolutely delicious. This place does top quality stuff. We got the pesto chicken pizza, and everything about it just screamed high quality: The crust? Crunchy and wholesome. The base? Thick enough for heartiness, thin enough for excellent consistency. The toppings? Fresh, crisp rocket. Delicious flavoursome chicken. Mouth watering pesto. I can go on. Do yourself a favour and give this place a shot. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

The pizzas and spicy wings were delicious! Highly recommend this pizzeria if you want quality. Customer service was above and beyond great. The owner even helped to carry my order to my car. Thank you I appreciate it!
