The mussels are phenomenal and chocolate fondant is done to perfection. But all the other food we tasted was great. We also got limoncello and myrth liqour as a treat

I opted for combination of pasta and gambas all with a delicious lobster sauce. My wife Muriel went for Tuna and it was just cooked the best way she had hoped for. Deserts are amazing as well,and if you and take the time to enjoy and take a bit more than one dish it might happen that you get the limoncello or myrtus liquor at the end (we cannot of course guarantee but it happened to us very very frequently). Take the time to discuss with Philippe as he is an authentic person, willing to know about you and exchange about stories and current Corsican mood. We go to this restaurant each time we are in Propriano, and it's always a pleasure to be there.
