I really like the employees there and I feel like we have to be patient with them too. Especially if you want something fresh. I saw one of the reviews said it takes 10 minutes to brew coffee but it really only takes 2-5 minutes. It must have just been the employee. You have to wait for food, lattes, ect. Life is all about patience. Especially if there’s only 2 employees at night time. But my experience was amazing. They paid attention and listened. I definitely will be coming back.Vegetarian options: They have bagels with vegetables cream cheese. Very good.Kid-friendliness: The employees talk to the children and let the children decide what they want. The plenty of space for the kids to sit.Parking: There’s parking on the side and front.Wheelchair accessibility: They also is a lot of space for wheelchair and bathroom is big too.
I don't visit this place frequently, but I tend to order from here every few months when I have a meeting in Harrisburg. I've consistently had positive experiences with my orders and the staff. Today was yet another instance of their dependable and friendly service! Food rating: 4/5.
I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience after ordering from this location for the fifth or sixth time. Unfortunately, every order has had some sort of mistake. The employee told me that the drink wouldn't come with whipped cream, but that wasn’t true, and the cup was only half full. While she was preparing my drink, she placed my cup under a table to scoop something into it, which seemed unsanitary. Additionally, I didn’t receive the correct donuts. It honestly feels like these issues stem from a lack of care on the employee's part.
This place is horrible. I placed an online order twice. They never received it. I waited in the lobby near 2 hours thinking they were helping me figure out the situation. No. They asked if I placed the order yet!? So while the girl ringing me up FINALLY, after standing around waiting on THEM, had a bad attitude! Said my order was $5 more than it should have been and got rude with me because of her ringing up wrong. Don't go to Harrisburg location on Jonestown Rd. WASTE OF TIME. THEY ARE RUDE AND TAKE FORRRRRRRRREVER.

I can honestly say I've never received a correctly made drink here, yet I keep returning solely because of its proximity to my home—and I end up regretting it every time. This particular location has really soured my perception of Dunkin' as a brand. I don’t understand why management hasn't taken steps to improve this place. Overall, it's quite disappointing. Dunkin', you should strive for better. It's just unacceptable! And how is it possible that you don’t have pumpkin products available on October 30th when they make up a large part of your menu? It just doesn’t add up!

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed an online order twice, but they never received it. I ended up waiting in the lobby for nearly two hours, expecting them to sort out the issue. Instead, they asked if I had really placed the order! When the cashier finally attended to me after all that time, she had an unpleasant attitude. She informed me that my order was $5 more than it should have been and became rude because of her own mistake in ringing it up. I cannot recommend the Harrisburg location on Jonestown Road; it's a complete waste of time. The staff is not only rude but also extremely slow!
I must say, my experiences with the staff at this location have been extremely disappointing. I’ve never received a drink that was made correctly, and the only reason I keep coming back is because it’s conveniently close to my home—though I regret it every time. This particular place has really shaken my trust in the Dunkin brand as a whole. I can't understand why no improvements have been made to the service here. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience. Dunkin really needs to step up; it’s quite embarrassing. How can they run out of pumpkin on October 30th when the entire menu features pumpkin? It just doesn’t make any sense!
I don’t typically write reviews, but I've ordered from this location five or six times, and there’s always been an issue. One of the employees mentioned that my drink wouldn’t come with whipped cream, but the cup was only half full. While she was preparing it, she even set my cup on the floor to add something. Moreover, she gave me the wrong donuts. I genuinely believe this reflects a lack of care for customer service.
The employees are generally friendly, but it's clear they need more staff. Every morning, there’s a long line of cars, and it takes at least 15 minutes to get your order. I've had to pull off several times to avoid being late for work. Now, I try to order ahead and wait about half an hour before picking up, but even then, I sometimes have to wait. They seem completely overwhelmed every single day. They really need to hire more employees! Everyone there is working extremely hard, and I know it’s not an easy job. This seems like a management issue. I’m sure they could double their profits if the store ran more efficiently and quickly.
