Dunkin' - Progress

Employees are usually friendly. Seems like they definitely need more help! Every morning cars are piled up. You need at least 15 minutes in order to get anything. I have had to pull off on many occasions so that I?m not late for work. I now try to orderahead of time and wait a half hour before picking it up. Even with doing that, I have had to wait for my pick-up ordersometimes. They seem absolutely swamped every single day. Hire more employees!!! Everyone there seems to be working so hard andI know it can?t be easy. It feels like an oversight from the company. I bet they could make double their money if the operationof the store was faster and smoother.

Worst and dumbest employees I’ve ever had the misfortune to interact with anywhere. I’ve never had a drink made correctly here and only ever have gone back because of proximity to my home. However, I regret it every time. This location specifically has made me distrust and all around hate Dunkin as a brand. Why they haven’t ever cracked down on this location to be better is beyond me. All around trash. Do better Dunkin. You should be ashamed. Also, who doesn’t have pumpkin on october 30 when the entire menu is pumpkin??? Make it make any sense!!

The Dunkin donuts near Colonial Park needs to update their menu selection board, the prices are wrong. So when you inquire about it they tell you that upper management knows but haven't changed it yet. But not only that, the young kids that they have working there are very rude, they need to have a manager or someone with authority there at all times when you have young kids working there. Was not happy!

Go to a different Dunkin Donuts. Avoid this specific location.I stopped here after taking the Mrs. to a minor medical procedure. I figured I would get an afternoon cup of coffee and the Mrs. a hot chocolate.The dude who took my order was on a personal cell phone call the whole time while taking my order. He appeared to genuinely struggle to put 2 large beverages into the point of sale system.After tendering my payment, he directed me to the pickup counter. A young lady came out and made my wife's hot chocolate albeit putting it in a larger size than I ordered. She acknowledged the error in my favor. Hurray?I did have to ask her for my coffee. No idea if it didn't show up on an order screen but she just took me at my word.The guy that waited on me must have exited the store after taking my order. As I was exiting the store, he came back into the store. As we crossed paths, he greeted me. I do not think he recognized me from waiting on me 5 minutes earlier.My beverage was warm not hot. It still tasted fine but should have been warmer. The wife also enjoyed her beverage but it was even cooler than my coffee.For a simple in and out visit, I didn't have high expectations, still the whole visit should have been a bit better.

The frozen coffee I received looked absolutely disgusting. It practically looked like an iced coffee and was super dark in color. GROSS
