Contribute Feedback What Kendra Johnson doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
Went to get my family Dairy Queen tonight and it was by far the worst experience of my life. Ordered my ice cream, told me it would be awhile. There had to be 10 kids screwing around, in the back. Left in the middle of my order didn?t come back, I askedfor manager he processed to tell me his employee left to discuss not having a certain ingredient for my order well instead oftelling me they were out he left me hangin... Well, I just called this DQ location because I live in Prior Lake and I like to shop local. After calling 6 times in a row, someone finally answered the phone. I was calling to place an order for an ice cream cake and the lady who answered the phonehad the audacity to ask me to call back later and around 4:30 (two hours later) because they are trying to settle down and takea break. I can 't imagine telling one of my customers such a thing. I will call back later, but to a different DQ location. Customer service FAIL! Very upsetting the level of customer service present today. I 'd be ashamed if that were my businesslocation. Hello, thanks for calling Dairy Queen, how can we help you? Oh, you want to place a order for lunch? Now isn 't agood time for us, can you call back to order your lunch after lunch please. Can 't make this stuff up!?!?
Went to get my family Dairy Queen tonight and it was by far the worst experience of my life. Ordered my ice cream, told me it would be awhile. There had to be 10 kids screwing around, in the back. Left in the middle of my order didn?t come back, I askedfor manager he processed to tell me his employee left to discuss not having a certain ingredient for my order well instead oftelling me they were out he left me hanging for 15 mins and I had to figure out where my food was. While waiting we watchedsomeone wipe there nose with there hand and picked there wedgie. No gloves, no washing of hands were done while there. Just abunch of kids screwing around and hanging with friends. The counter is absolutely gross
This time the experience was more terrible, my children had to wait more than 20mn for an ice cream and in the end, seeing my service, everything was wrong. I told him the boy solved the problem by giving my money back and I had to drive Sonic to Savagefor my children's ice creams the problem is that at night there is no adult person and the children do what they want in thatplace
If you ask anyone that knows me they will all say I?m the best person to take to eat anywhere. I eat whatever and I?m not picky at all. But, coming to DQ is just sad and people should be warned before coming. The food is just okay, nothing else. Now, theservice and the way they prep the food is disgusting. No gloves or hats. Workers wiping their hands on their clothes andeventually touching the food. We were not surprised to see hair in one of our burgers. Another thing that surprised us was thelack of training and leadership. When we were there, the drive thru lane was slow and there was no one else waiting for food. The guy who took our order went to the back (guessing the dishwasher), then went to the frying station, then went to the drivethru, and finally went to the ice cream station. All this while we were waiting for our simple order which ended up taking about20 minutes. It was not understaffed, there were 3 workers just standing talking and playing with their hair. And they were allclocked in, I saw them walk in and clock in to their shift. Just a lack of dignity and respect to Prior Lake. Prior Lakedeserves better.
Disappointing. Ice cream was good. A hair in one of the burgers. No cheese curds so we got a metric tonne (slight exaggeration) of fries. Ordered a 4-piece BBQ chicken strip basket... Received 6 pieces. The honey BBQ sauce was TOO sweet.
