For... read more I got a couple Beyond chicken bowls last night. They were only filled a little under half way. The chicken was cold. Don?t see how it could have been worse. For 9.47, a less than halfway filled bowl seems way too steep. This PE has lived up to it?sreputation and reinforces not keeping giving them chances. They just won?t improve.

I placed a pickup ord... read more The food is good, and I've never encountered any issues with the quality or portion sizes. However, my main concern lies with the service. I placed a pickup order for 11:45, well before the lunch rush, so it should have been ready on time. There were two line cooks and three other staff members working, but it felt disorganized. One of the line cooks did acknowledge me and asked what I was waiting for, but it wasn't until after that when another associate finally acknowledged my presence. I waited in the online pickup area for about five minutes with very little interaction, which I understand can happen when things get busy. However, the staff really needs to manage their tasks more effectively. The associates appeared to be scrambling around—one focused on the drive-thru, another on in-person customers, and the third on online orders. It would help if they coordinated better so that when things calm down in one area, they can assist the physical customers more efficiently. The manager on duty should really work on better organizing the team.

Unfortunately, there was no Grilled Chicken Teriyaki included, and I received just a tablespoon of Black Pepper Steak, which consisted of three tiny scraps of steak and a few onions. The super greens were mostly just broccoli and large pieces of raw cabbage hearts. I attempted to call several times, but I only received an automated message stating that they were unavailable to take my call.
